TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Geek Spribe (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Geek Spribe.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling or betting assistance tools are prohibited.
• You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding gambling.

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Geek Spribe provides statistical analysis and pattern recognition for Aviator Spribe games. The Service analyzes historical crash multipliers and provides cashout recommendations based on algorithms. Geek Spribe does NOT guarantee winnings or predict exact crash points. The Service is a tool to assist decision-making, not a guarantee of results.

4. USER ACCOUNTS

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. TOKEN SYSTEM AND PAYMENTS

• Free Plan: 40 free predictions. No payment required.
• Weekly Plan ($20 USD): Unlimited predictions for 7 days.
• Monthly Plan ($50 USD): Unlimited predictions for 30 days.
• Token Pack ($10 USD): 100 additional predictions.
• All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Unused tokens do not expire unless account is deleted.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
• Using the Service in conjunction with automated betting bots.
• Sharing account credentials with others.
• Using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Attempting to bypass betting site security using our tools.
• Reselling or redistributing predictions without authorization.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, designs, and code associated with Geek Spribe are the exclusive property of Geek Spribe. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Geek Spribe is not liable for any financial losses incurred while using the Service.
• Geek Spribe is not responsible for account bans or restrictions from betting sites.
• Predictions are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee results.
• Past performance does not predict future outcomes.
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Geek Spribe in the past 6 months.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Geek Spribe, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. No refunds will be provided for unused time or tokens.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any such changes.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notification.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.

14. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

Geek Spribe promotes responsible gambling. We encourage users to:

• Set deposit and loss limits.
• Never chase losses.
• Take regular breaks.
• Seek help if gambling affects your life negatively.
